Rolando Rodriguez
FOUNDER, CEO
Rolando Rodriguez started his career in architecture and construction, but later grew an avidity for both engineering and manufacturing after being formally introduced to an advanced metals fabrication facility in college. At that moment, Buildspace Inc. was created, with the intent to push design, engineering, and construction to unknown and uncharted spaces, building quality end products that are aesthetic, functional, and sustainable, as fast as humanly possible.

Aidan Neumann
DIRECTOR OF DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Aidan Neumann started his career as a mathematics major who then studied mechanical engineering. Working in diverse industries like aerospace & defense, manufacturing, industrial processing, infrastructure, food & beverage, and recently mission-critical, he is a great asset to have on site. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, site/civil, structural, process, automation, and commissioning, while successfully managing schedule, cost, and risk.

Matthew DeJesus
DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING
Matthew DeJesus started his career in architecture and construction, and is an expert in prefabricated modular manufacturing. Working across a large landscape of projects, his main focus has been on large scale healthcare, hospitality, and university campuses, but has also worked on multi-family construction. His understanding of processes, sequencing, procurement, and lead times allows him to anticipate what comes next, stay organized, and always keep projects moving.
